Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an order, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. This time period will commence when you have received your item.

We do not accept returns for custom printed orders, custom made bags or accessories unless faulty.

Please email us first at lunastrange2022@outlook.com to let us know the problem and how you would like it resolved. We can then let you know if the new items you require are in stock, or suggest alternatives.

Returns are to be paid for by the customer, unless faulty. The customer is responsible for this item until it arrives back with us.

Please enclose your details in the parcel, Including your order number.
